Villa Fabrizia, is a luxury 8 bedroom villa located on the West coast of St Barts. It is on the hillside overlooking Gustavia, in the very exclusive Domaine du Soleil Couchant.
This private villa is set amongst flowered gardens and offers sensational views of the harbour, St. Maarten as well as great sunsets. These may be enjoyed from each room. The villa has 8 bedrooms (three king and two queen) in separate pavilions. It features multiple living areas, with TV, WiFi, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a library and a gourmet kitchen.
The villa can sleep up t0 18 people.
The ambience at the villa is enhanced by the informal elegance of its furnishings and the beautiful large swimming pool, gazebo and Jacuzzi. The location of Fabrizia is ideal for those who want to be within walking distance to the restaurants, boutiques of Gustavia and Shell Beach.

The Beach House is a 5 bedroomed, luxury villa in St Barth. It is situated steps away from the water’s edge and is within walking distance of the beach.
The private pool is heated (13.1 x 49.2 ft) and the area around the pool creates a beach like area with sand, and then just across the road to the water’s edge, there is a sundeck with sun loungers facing the sea.
The main living area offers TV, it is cooled by ceiling fans and enjoys the ocean views. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern appliances
Bedrooms:
Four of the spacious bedrooms look out towards the ocean. Two are on each side of the living room; the two others have external access. The fifth bedroom, is in a separate, self contained, cottage situated towards the rear of the villa in the garden.

The Beach House offers both the infinity pool and a small cocktail pool. There is also a beautiful garden designed to feel as if you are sat on the beach itself - with the sand having come from Flamand's beach. The garden, decorated in with colourful bougainvilleas and tropical exotic plants creating a perfect place to relax under the hot caribbean sun. There is also a BBQ outside.
Whether you are looking for a quiet, relaxing time or a lively fun packed villa holiday in St Barts, this Caribbean island can cater for your every need. Nikki Beach or the Ti' St Barths amongst many others are ideal for a lively evening, whereas for romantic evenings there are various little secret spots just off most beaches.

Villa Camaruche is an amazing hillside villa comprising two separate houses. It was recently upgraded with exotic furniture, new curtains, lights, linens, mattresses, entertainment system and kitchen appliances,. The villa offers offers (day and night) breathtaking views of ten nearby islands including St. Martin and Anguilla. The villa is in a secluded location off a private road, with a lovely pool area and sun-decks bathed with sunlight all day long.
The larger house has a main kitchen, living room, outdoor yet covered dining area, and two master bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and King size four-poster beds. The smaller house has a basic kitchen, more suited for breakfast and light cooking, and two smaller bedrooms with twin beds, which, when be converted to form a king size bed. A single bathroom is shared by both these bedrooms as well as a small but comfortable living room and private deck shaded by an awning.
The second villa is more comfortable when it is used as an extension of the larger house, maybe for children and/or a staff, or by a couple with one or two children.
