Coco Resort on Eleuthera is located in the centre of the picturesque beach on Alabaster Bay. This spectacular beach stretches for a mile along the crystal clear Caribbean waters. It is usually beautifully calm so perfect for swimming.
For a group of family or friends, Coco Resort is the perfect option. Individual groups can have their own space and accommodation and then all come together in the wonderful, colonial style Main House. This very large and comfortable beachfront building features a spacious lounge area with sofas. There is a very large dining room with a commercial kitchen. There is also a full bar and bar area with flat screen TV. It even has men’s and ladies’ rest rooms. Outside the dining room, the spacious beachfront deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail and the legendary sunsets.
Along the beach are 3 pretty beach buildings in different colours ; red, green and yellow. Each building houses 4 en suite bedrooms. For groups that need more than 12 rooms, there is a two-bedroom/2 bathroom suite available for an additional charge. This brings the total number of bedrooms to 14.
Amenities include super-fast Starlink WIFI, Starlink satellite TV and daily housekeeping. There is a charcoal grill, back-up generator (for the Main House only), and air conditioning in all rooms except for the commercial kitchen.
The property is located just six miles (less than a 10-minute drive) from Governors Harbour. This is the main town on the island. Governors Harbour has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbour. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fishermen at the town dock. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores and two banks with ATMs. There is a bakery, gift shops, and a medical clinic. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.
Eleuthera is famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. It also feels safe and friendly. You can rent power boats, sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards and more. There are many boat excursions available.

Banks Manor is an amazing property located in a prime location on the island of Eleuthera. Eleuthera is in the Bahamas. Banks Manor sits directly on extensive, mile-long pink sandy beach. It sits within 2.2 acres of private grounds. Within the grounds is a huge, 40’ x 25’ foot heated beachfront private swimming pool.
Banks Manor is walking distance down the beach. It is walking distance to Tippy’s. This is a famous beachfront restaurant and bar. The home is also just a 4-minute drive to Governors Harbour. This is the main town on the island of Eleuthera.
The accommodation at Banks Manor consists of:a large galley style, main kitchen. This has a custom-built island with a pop up/hide away Sony Smart TV. There are seats for 10 people comfortably with leather swivel back barstools. The kitchen is well equipped. It includes a Thermador 60” double oven w/ griddle, grill, and 6 burners. There are also dishwashers, sub-zero refrigerators etc.
A caterer’s kitchen is also available.
The Formal indoor dining room features chandelier lighting.
The outdoor dining on the entire terrace opens on to an expansive outdoor deck. This enjoys lovely views and sounds of the ocean in the background. This area may be used as a full screen cover or it can be fully air-conditioned. Banks Manor offers guests fine China, linens and silverware. This is laid on to the stunning handmade dining room table. The outdoor covered terrace dining area has seating for 20. There is also a round pedestal breakfast table for 4.
A temperature Controlled Wine Cellar offers a selection of wines and champagnes. These are available to purchase upon request.
The lounge area is furnished with the highest quality padded wicker sofa and chairs to seat 8. There is a flatscreen Smart TV with cable and surround sound entertainment system.
Outdoor grill area and additional seating is located around the side of the house.
