Promiseas villas are located on a fabulous private sandy cove in the area of Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Newly built and completed in 2020, this contemporary designer estate consists of 2 separate 4-bedroom villas. They are truly exceptional. A myriad of highlights include magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea, two infinity pools, private tennis court, spa, gym, state-of-the art amenities throughout and an exceptional team of staff.
These villas have been constructed using local woods such as modern Teak, Guango, Spanish Elm and driftwood. There are unique water features throughout the property and outstanding modern architecture. Promiseas is unique to Jamaica.

Promiseas 1 has a spectacular curved shingle roof, a curved mirrored entrance ceiling with contemporary lighting to highlight all areas and Blue Mahoe ceilings.
Promiseas 2 features a glass atrium in the centre of the living room with a beautiful Teak tree growing through the open top. There is a third floor tree house bedroom and the living room has spectacular views of the sea. The hot tub, in its man-made underground cave, is surrounded by bamboo with a bar and massage deck overlooking the sea.

All bedrooms have quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen HD televisions, en-suite bathrooms, sea views. Bedrooms 1-7 all have king-size beds, bedroom 8 has 4 queen-size rope hanging beds.

TRYALL CLUB- AQUA BAY, JAMAICA
A luxury 4 bedroom villa within the Tryall Club portfolio, we present Aqua Bay. This is an oceanfront villa.
Situated on the western side of the glorious private estate of the Tryall Club, Jamaica, Aqua Bay features superb open-air living. This may be closed and fully air-conditioned if required. The villa enjoys an ocean-front position with a white sand elevated beach area and two sea water swimming holes. The beautiful, zero edge heated swimming pool is a gorgeous feature. The layout of the gardens is ideal for outdoor living and dining is at its very best.
Inside, there is a formal sitting room, games hall and bar leading out to the veranda. Equipped with a media centre and a 75 inch TV in the sitting room and you will find a 65 inch TV in the bar too. A separate den equipped with flat screen television is a perfect place for all those who wish to escape. A fully-equipped gym with TV features two Peloton bikes. A separate massage room with 2 tables and an en-suite bathroom as well as a table tennis table ensures you don’t have to go far for exercise and relaxation time.
There is also a cosy breakfast nook with television. A formal sitting room, games hall and bar open out onto the veranda and these rooms can all be air-conditioned if required.
There are four bedrooms including a master bedroom suite, each with beautiful wood floors. Three bedrooms face the ocean and one the garden. The striking en suite bathrooms have walk-in showers and tubs with three of the tubs positioned outside in the fresh sea air. The master suite has two showers, one inside and one outside. The striking colours throughout the bedrooms again reflect the ocean bringing a beautiful sense of calm.

The original mahogany details on the main floor extend upstairs to the bedrooms whose windows open wide to let in the sea breezes. These will lull you to sleep every evening.
