From the entrance hallway there is a fabulous 50ft reception room with quality furnishings, high ceilings, cool Italian marble floor tiles and elegant French doors opening onto the covered teak veranda, which runs the entire length of the villa allowing the ocean breezes to circulate through the villa.

There is a spacious and well appointed modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, adjoining laundry room. The veranda is the place to relax and enjoy "al fresco" dining whilst overlooking the wonderful blue ocean of Grange Bay. The pool is over 50ft in length, ideal for swimming laps and has a shallow section at one end for children. Outside the entrance the property there is a track which leads to Grange Bay about a 5-10 minute stroll away and the golf course at Mount Irvine is 5 minutes drive away.
