Beautifully renovated in 2021/22, this spectacular home offers five star amenities. It offers unparalleled views over the Caribbean Sea from its incredible cliff side position.
From the fabulous infinity pool and spacious sun terrace are unforgettable Caribbean views. The panorama unfolds the islands of Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts in the distance. Picturesque Pelican Key is just below.
Bella Vita offers over 10,000 sq. ft of living space. It has 7 bedrooms and 8 Ā½ bathrooms.
There is a spacious living room, dining room and a state of the art gourmet kitchen.

The seven-bedroom suites each have en-suite luxury bathrooms.
In the main house there are five bedrooms with king-size beds. The sixth has 2 full-size beds. The 7th bedroom (with king bed and bathroom) is in a separate apartment with living area and kitchenette.
