A luxury 4 bedroom villa within the Tryall Club portfolio, we present Aqua Bay, an oceanfront villa with a concept that reflects the ambience of the Caribbean Sea, with its ever changing colours, patterns and textures of the ocean.

Situated on the western side of the glorious private estate of the Tryall Club, Jamaica, Aqua Bay features superb open-air living (but can be closed and fully air-conditioned if required), an ocean-front position with a white sand elevated beach area and two sea water swimming holes. The beautiful, zero edge heated swimming pool is a gorgeous feature of the magnificent tropical layout of the gardens where outdoor living and dining is at its very best.

Inside, there is a formal sitting room, games hall and bar leading out to the veranda. Equipped with a media centre and a 75 inch TV in the sitting room and you will find a 65 inch TV in the bar too. A separate den equipped with flat screen television is a perfect place for all those who wish to escape. A fully-equipped gym with TV features two Peloton bikes. A separate massage room with 2 tables and an en-suite bathroom as well as a table tennis table ensures you don’t have to go far for exercise and relaxation time.

There is also a cosy breakfast nook with television. A formal sitting room, games hall and bar open out onto the veranda and these rooms can all be air-conditioned if required. The sitting room is equipped with a media centre and a 75 inch television with a further 65 inch television in the bar. Also facing the ocean is a fully equipped air-conditioned gym with television and a separate massage room with two tables and en suite bathroom. The gym has Peloton bikes - just remember to bring your biking shoes! A landscaped courtyard off the gym has a table tennis table. A separate den equipped with flat screen television is a perfect place for those who wish to escape.

There are four bedrooms including a master bedroom suite, each with beautiful wood floors. Three bedrooms face the ocean and one the garden. The striking en suite bathrooms have walk-in showers and tubs with three of the tubs positioned outside in the fresh sea air. The master suite has two showers, one inside and one outside. The striking colours throughout the bedrooms again reflect the ocean bringing a beautiful sense of calm.

There is internet access throughout the villa together with IPad tablets, Sonos, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Cable TV.
