Ani Villas Anguilla is a luxury cliffside estate with two exceptional villas: Ani North Villa and Ani South Villa. Each offers breathtaking views and exquisite furnishings. The estate sits above Little Bay, a popular snorkeling spot accessible only by boat. Limestone Bay is a five-minute walk away.
Ani North Villa has 4 bedrooms and is on the northern side of the estate. Ani South Villa has 6 bedrooms and sits on the cliffs overlooking Little Bay. Ani South Villa features 6 en-suite bedrooms, an elevator, roll-in showers, and a pool lift for wheelchair access. Ani North Villa has steps between bedrooms and a skylight atrium. Both villas can be rented together for larger groups or separately, as each is enclosed by a wooden fence.
Ani South Villa offers easy accessible accommodations with an elevator, roll-in showers, and a pool lift. It includes 6 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces, a roof deck lounge, a pool deck, and a cliff-edge hot tub. Various decks and covered areas allow for group gatherings or private retreats.
