Main Level :
The entrance hallway is graced with a 1950's era Lucite chandelier and a custom-made mahogany and glass double doors.

The floor to ceiling sliding window/doors disappear into the walls to seamlessly connect the indoors to the sweeping views of the large pool deck, the infinity edge pool and the endless blue of the ocean just beyond. The 18 foot ceilings provide plenty of light and have two custom made mid-century glass petal ball chandeliers complete the spectacular living and dining spaces. The beautiful wraparound veranda is just the right place to lounge or to dine day or night. The design of Sandcastle Pointe allows the cooling Caribbean breeze from the east to pass through the spacious living/dining areas adjacent to the pool deck and Poggenpohl kitchen which is an integral part of the main living area. Sliding glass doors open the entire state of the art, Spanish Red kitchen to the pool deck and the refreshing breeze.

The dining room table seat 10 people comfortably when fully extended.

There is also a billiard/entertainment room with a full bar and a SmartTV with Sonos surround sound system. A powder room is also located next to the bar, behind the TV. As you open the sliding glass doors, this room flows out on the pool deck extending the indoor-outdoor living space.

Grand circular staircases on each side of the living room lead to the Upper floor and the master bedrooms.

You decide to be active or to lounge in the glorious Caribbean sun or take shade under the beautiful wrap around veranda ... the choice is yours! Stereo speakers are on the veranda adjacent to the pool.  The sound system is Sonos for ease of use.

A stainless steel infrared grille by TEC Grilles is provided for an authentic Caribbean BBQ which could be prepared by a private chef (upon request at an extra charge)  or you might prefer to cook yourself

Sandcastle Pointe includes a Welcome Dinner for guests – so after spending hours traveling to Anguilla , you can relaxing when you arrive knowing that the first evening welcome dinner will be prepared for you by Rita, the Villa manager. Rita will prepare a delicious local meal, her cooking is excellent as fondly acknowledged by previous guests.
