On a secluded cove in The Bahamas with a private beach on the island of Eleuthera, you will find the wonderful beachfront estate. This uniquely designed, 6/7 bedroom, beachfront estate on Eleuthera can accommodate up to 17 guests and sits on the Caribbean side of the island, close to the popular Ten Bay Beach. The calm waters in the cove are ideal for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, and wading.

The 50-foot ocean-view infinity pool overlooks the cove and the surrounding deck for dining or relaxing enjoys uninterrupted ocean views.   There are also two large fire pits for any cool evenings.

The impressive marble-tiled foyer with its sweeping stairway welcomes guests and leads to the main living area on the upper level. The living room has to be the most spectacular room on Eleuthera with floor to ceiling glass walls allowing magnificent 270° views of Eleuthera with both seating and dining areas with an adjacent kitchen. On this level there are also 4 master suites with king bed each with en-suite bathrooms and stunning ocean views through glass walls and they have their own entrance from the deck. For families travelling together, these 4 suites can also connect internally if needed.

Taking the stairs to another level from the living room brings you to an upper sky deck and media room/lounge, furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs and a flat screen TV, plus breath taking panoramic views of blue -green waters and island coastline.  The sofas can also be used as two single beds, plus there is a double and a single air mattress available to accommodate extra guests, which can be set up in this room.  Step out on to the incredible, glass walled roof deck that sits high above the trees, a place to appreciate 360 degree views of Caribbean sea, the beach, and the island of Eleuthera. The best spot to sip your favourite cocktail and watch the sun rise and set. (Access to the roof deck has a child-proof lock on the door for security.)

There are two additional master suites, located in detached the "bungalows” providing ultimate privacy for those guests you prefer it. Each suite has a king bed, bathroom, and walls of glass to take advantage of the amazing ocean views.

In addition to the kitchen off the main living room, there is an extra-large caterer's kitchen with a separate entrance, which is fully equipped with state of the art appliances. It also has a breakfast bar, drinks bar, and a dining area for up to 8 people. Next to this kitchen is a gas BBQ area with a large outdoor dining area to seat 12 to 16.

The Estate offers WIFI, satellite TV, Air-conditioning throughout, a heated pool, kayaks, paddle boards, water rafts, volleyball net and snorkel gear.

The luxurious estate in The Bahamas, is only a 5 minute drive to Savannah Sound, a town known for its Fishbone Bar and Grill waterfront restaurant. There is also a large grocery store.  Palmetto Point is a little further, a 10 minute away, where you will find more stores and restaurants. Eleuthera’s principle town is Governors Harbour, 15 to 20 minute drive which has various grocery stores, restaurants, banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It is a must to visit the picturesque harbour, which has a collection of 19th century homes and churches . It is also the place to buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a lively, street/beach party bringing together tourists and locals with local food, drink, and not to forget the dancing in the street.
