The air conditioned master bedroom is located on the lower level and is ensuite. It leads out to the double balcony with sweeping views of the pool, gardens and of course the beach.  This bedroom has a calm and inspriring decor of seashells in soft aquas and taupes.  The ensuite bathoom has a rain shower and spacious vanity.  

The spacious living area is beautifully furnished. It has been decorated in ocean themes and the open plan style adds an airy and bright feel.

The kitchen is fitted with all the modern conveniences. There are top line SMEG appliances and a completely remodelled kitchen. 

The living area leads out to the double terrace where there is a 6 seater dining table. This is the perfect place to have a great meal and enjoy the tranquil ambience.  There is a powder room on the lower level just off the master bedroom.

The second bedroom is located on the upper level. It has its own balcony. A great place to sit and admire the views or cosy up with a good book.  This bedroom is comfortably furnished with aquas, teal and taupe shades. It lends a calm feel to the space.  The ensuite bathroom has a step in shower with a rain shower and spacious vanity.
