Summerland Villas is a recently completed luxury development in Prospect, St James on Barbados’ beautiful west coast. There are two buildings which consist of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouse apartments.
Summerland 101 is a 3 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor featuring a spacious terrace with a wet bar and private spa pool.
As you enter the apartment the fully equipped kitchen is to your left and this flows through to the open plan living and dining area that leads out onto the covered terrace – an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply relaxing.
All three bedrooms are air conditioned and two have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has French doors leading out on to the terrace.
Guests of Summerland Villas have use of the large communal pool on the complex and beach access is conveniently located just steps away and across the road.
