Oasis 7 is a stunning, state of the art, beachfront home. It is located on the famous Seven Mile Beach.

Oasis 7 was completed at the beginning of 2020.

The property is located 20 minutes from the airport. It is within a short driving distance of a large supermarket and liquor store.  It is also a short drive from many restaurants and local attractions. These include the Cayman Turtle Center, Dolphin Cove and Seven Mile Beach.

Oasis 7 has breathtaking views of the beachfrom the top three floors of this villa. The views exten right down to South Sound. You will marvel at the vista at all times!

There are steps from the living room right down to the beautiful sandy beach. You can walk, swim, snorkel, or relax on the soft sand. Soak in the warmth of the Caribbean sun anytime you like.

The unique and incredible rooftop infinity pool and spa allows for private swimming and sunbathing. It also offers the most incredible views across the island. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the beach or the rooftop pool and bar/dining area.

The 4 storey house, with built in surround sound, has 9,000 square feet of indoor living space. It offers 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a guest bathroom on the main floor. The exceptional dining room has sweeping floor to ceiling views of the Caribbean Sea.

Oasis 7 comfortably sleeps 10 guests. It can accommodate up to 18 guests with trundle beds located in the two spacious games rooms. One in the lower level and the second on the top floor.

The games room is on the top floor, off the outdoor kitchen/BBQ and pool area. It has a full sized table tennis table and football table. It is a great area to cool off and get some respite from a hot sunny afternoon!

Main Floor:
* Grand double door entry foyer with two separate seating areas to relax . Sit and enjoy spectacular floor to ceiling views of the beach and Caribbean Sea.
* To the right, of the entry, you have a large living area. This has a leather sectional that faces the sea. It also allows comfort if watching the large 65" flat screen Smart TV.
* Also off to the right of the entry way is a comfortable bedroom. It is furnished with a Queen bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
* To the left, off the entry, you have a choice of the the staircase or the elevator. This leads to the lower level and the two floors above. Beyond this is the powder room. There is also a  spectacular 10 seater dining table. The huge gourmet kitchen has two electric ovens and a gas cooker. The large island lights up and has 5 additional bar stools for dining.

Third Floor:
* Here you will find a lovely seating area with two seater couch and chairs. This is perfect for coffee in the morning or a quiet afternoon read as you admire the views of 7 Mile Beach.
* The expansive primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks. There is a free standing bath and a large walk in shower. This has two rain shower heads. There is a large walk in closet is on the west side of the house. The large King bed faces the sea. You will wake up to the most breath-taking views each morning. There is also a twin trundle bed for extra bedding.
* On the eastern side there are two large guest bedrooms with king beds. Both have ensuite bathrooms.
* The seating area, and all three bedrooms on this floor have access to  large outdoor balconies.

Fourth Floor:
* Here you will find the expansive games room. This has a queen trundle with a twin pull out and a twin trundle with a twin pull out. There is an outdoor kitchen bar area. It is equipped with a gas BBQ, fridge and ice maker. There is lots of counter space for rooftop dining.
* Another small flight of stairs and you access the roof top infinity pool and spa. This offers the best views across the entire island!

The lower level:
* You will find the movie and games room has a full sized pool table. There is a bar area and state of the art audio-visual equipment with a 120" screen and surround sound acoustics. ! There is a queen trundle with a twin pullout . The 5th bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is located just off the main space. You will also find a fully equipped utility room. This is fitted with front loading washer and dryer.
