Villa Fabrizia, is a luxury 8 bedroom villa located on the West coast of St Barths, on the hillside overlooking Gustavia, in the very exclusive Domaine du Soleil Couchant.

This private villa is set amongst flowered gardens, boasts a sensational views of the harbour, St. Maarten as well as great sunsets, which can be enjoyed from each room. The villa has 8 bedrooms (three king and two queen) in separate pavilions and features multiple living areas, with TV, WiFi, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a library and a gourmet kitchen.

Three more bedrooms (queen, king, king) are located on the lower level each have draped 4-poster beds and double vanity baths (two of which are en suite) and all have their own terrace taking full advantage of the great view.

An eighth bedroom with 4 single beds and an en suite bath makes Fabrizia a perfect choice for the extended family. The villa can sleep 18 people!
