Villa Arena located in the Terres Basses area, is an elegant beachfront villa in St Martin, with Moorish style arches around the pool area and steps away from the white sands of Baie Longue beach. This 5 bedroom villa in St Martin is located in a gated community with only thirteen other homes and offers spacious interiors with approximately 7,500 square feet of indoor living space. This luxury villa for rent in St Martin is slightly elevated so boasts a beautiful view of Baie Rouge Beach and the neighbouring island of Anguilla.
The Living Room is large and has comfortable sofas and a TV area with huge flat TV, DVD, Stereo Tape/CD and reading area complete with ceiling Fans. There is also a media room with a huge flat screen TV, a large gazebo overlooking the ocean plus there is an indoor dining area opening to a terrace and a good size Private Pool - 34’ x 17’
