Lurin’s magnificent three bedroom Villa Fleur de Cactus has it all - space, luxury, privacy and a panoramic seascape. Water views abound throughout and guests love watching the sunset. Bi-level and contemporary in design and décor, the upper level encompasses two master (king) bedrooms with baths that are en suite; each opens on to a terrace and the view.
A staircase provides access to the lower level living areas and the third master (king) en suite bedroom, which opens via sliders to a covered outdoor living area and the sunny pool deck. The sumptuous heated infinity pool is a focal point and boasts a swim-up bar. The adjacent gazebo has a wet bar so drinks can always be at the ready.
Villa Fleur de Cactus is a wonderful option for those who love to entertain. A spacious open floor plan contains a chic expansive living room, a home cinema and a dining room that seats ten as well as an outdoor dining area for six. The kitchen is worthy of an Iron Chef and includes everything that could be put on a gourmet’s wish list - including a wine cooler. Its central island location provides a great place to gather for breakfast and snacks, and the pantry is a great spot for packing a picnic lunch to take to the beach.
