This delightful 4 bedroom beachfront villa in Eleuthera is situated within the 70 acre boutique resort, La Bougainvillea on the Banks Road, Governor's Harbour. Guests have access to use the resort amenities including their upscale restaurant offering international cuisine, bar, room service, housekeeping, in-suite massage, concierge service, and more.
This villa was completed in December 2017 and commands a premium location directly on a mile-long pristine, un-spoilt beach and has a beautiful infinity edge pool overlooking the azure waters and pink sands of Poponi Beach. The interiors are air-conditioned throughout and beautifully finished including coral stone floors, 18’ high ceilings, local carpentry, and tongue and groove cypress throughout.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (1 king bed master suite and 2 queen bed guest suites) with a detached 1-bedroom guest cottage (king bed) . The wonderful ocean views can be enjoyed from most areas around the villa, ie kitchen, dining room, living room and three of the four bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms offers a luxury en-suite bathroom finished in coral stone and cable TV. There is also cable TV in the living room. The fabulous kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
The living room flows out onto a stunning wooden deck, shaded by a pergola and overlooks the private pool and the beach. Outdoor dining table for 8, chaise lounges, and a round day bed for two are available for guests comfort and a Green Egg clay oven for outdoor cooking
